Frequently Asked Questions
What do I get?
A short rain-check / reschedule text — opener, body, closing, an alt version, and a send tip. Pick a vibe (Rain check, Reschedule, Running late) and Soft, Clear, or Playful tone. Edit the opener, note, closing, and accent color before you share, copy the text, or share as Bubble, Slot, Late, or Hold.
Can I change the wording?
Yes. After you generate, use Edit before share to tweak the opener, note, closing, and accent. The card updates as you type. Reset draft restores the original generator wording.
What do Bubble, Slot, Late, and Hold mean?
Those are share-card styles for the same draft — Bubble is a send-this chat, Slot is a new-time reschedule card, Late is a plans-change frame, and Hold is a soft hold keepsake.
How is the rain-check written?
Your from/to names, vibe, and tone seed a deterministic starting text from Soft, Clear, or Playful packs for Rain check, Reschedule, or Running late. Same inputs give the same draft; change vibe or tone for a different lane.
How is this different from Date Invite or Follow-up?
Date Invite Text asks them out. First Date Follow-up is the after-date thank-you / interest ping. Rain-check / Reschedule Text is the practical middle — postpone, move the plan, or say you’re running late without killing the vibe.
Do you store the names I enter?
Names stay on your device for this calculation. Nothing is saved on our servers unless you choose to share your result yourself.
